Common ambition 2030

Our ambition is to reduce the use of non-renewable primary raw materials to 50 percent of the total mass by 2030, to record and greatly reduce the emission of gray greenhouse gas emissions, and to measure and greatly improve the circularity of renovations and new buildings.

Testimonials

Paolo Di Stefano

Head Real Estate Switzerland
Swiss Life Asset Managers

“Construction in Switzerland should become more sustainable and future-proof. As the first signatory of the charter, we are committed to this with our partners.”

Stadtrat André Odermatt

Head of the City Building Department Zurich

«As the city of Zurich, we are on the way to net zero. The charter supports us in our ambitions.”

Nadia von Veltheim

CEO Post Immobile

«A CO2-neutral energy supply is a good start, but alone is not enough, because more than half of the CO2 emissions arise in the construction process. We have really big levers here that we definitely want to use.”

Why is circular economy relevant?
